Ingredients
- 2- 10 ounces packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 6 large eggs well beaten
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Lightly grease cookie sheets (or line with parchment paper).
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Squeeze spinach to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Can be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet to freeze. Store frozen balls in plastic bag. Thaw slightly and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
