Instructions
  1. Lightly grease cookie sheets (or line with parchment paper).
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Squeeze spinach to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Can be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet to freeze. Store frozen balls in plastic bag. Thaw slightly and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
