Instructions
  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Brown pork in heavy skillet or broiler pan.
  2. Put alternate layers of ribs, sauerkraut, cabbage, onion and apple in Slow Cooker. Add caraway seeds or dill weed to water and pour over all.
  3. Cover and set low 6 to 8 hours. Can cook on high for 4-5 hours, but must be stirred several times.
  4. May be prepared using all sauerkraut or all cabbage, if desired.
Recipe Notes

This is excellent with mashed potatoes or cauliflower rice.
