Instructions
  1. The better you hand chop the ingredients, the better flavor you have. Brown the hot peppers in 1 tbsp of oil on medium high heat, chop, do not puree.
  2. You can take a small portion of the completed salsa and puree it to give a liquid base (instead of just adding water).
