Instructions
  1. Combine dressing ingredients and shake until well mixed. (The dressing can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Left over dressing keeps well.)
  2. Layer lettuce, chopped pear, chopped apple, cheese and toasted walnuts in large bowl. When ready to serve, toss with dressing.
