Ingredients
- 1 pear cubed
- 1 red delicious apple cubed
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts or pecans
- 2 ounce gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese crumbled
- romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients and shake until well mixed. (The dressing can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Left over dressing keeps well.)
- Layer lettuce, chopped pear, chopped apple, cheese and toasted walnuts in large bowl. When ready to serve, toss with dressing.
