Ingredients
- 3 cups canned pumpkin or freshly cooked
- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix eggs with a mixer. Then add all the other ingredients and mix with a mixer.
- Bake 15 min at 400 degrees. Then 45 min at 350 degrees.
