Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bottom Layer:
  1. Mix bottom layer ingredients and pour into 13x9" non-greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Middle Layer:
  1. Mix together middle layer ingredients and spread over brownie layer and refrigerator.
Top Layer
  1. Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Mix well and cool slightly. Spread over mint layer.
  2. Refrigerate, but these will cut easier if left at room temperature, then refrigerate.
