Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1- 16 ounce Hershey's syrup
Middle Layer:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons creme de menthe
Top Layer
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bottom Layer:
- Mix bottom layer ingredients and pour into 13x9" non-greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Middle Layer:
- Mix together middle layer ingredients and spread over brownie layer and refrigerator.
Top Layer
- Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Mix well and cool slightly. Spread over mint layer.
- Refrigerate, but these will cut easier if left at room temperature, then refrigerate.
