Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2 quart dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place bread cubes in bottom of dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
  4. Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine 1/2 c sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup boiling water and 1 tsp vanilla. Cook until thick and pour over the warm pudding. Can be served warm or chilled.
