This is an excellent bread pudding recipe that has been handed down through the family.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 slices day old bread cubed in large pieces

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2 quart dish with nonstick spray.
- Place bread cubes in bottom of dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
- Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine 1/2 c sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup boiling water and 1 tsp vanilla. Cook until thick and pour over the warm pudding. Can be served warm or chilled.
