Ingredients
- 8 ounce fresh crab meat if possible, if not canned works well
- 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 3 green onions (including tops), chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine crab meat, cheese, onions, Worcestershire and mustard in medium-size bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Combine water, butter and salt in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add flour. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in crab mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
