- 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup bananas mashed (about 2 medium)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Add sour cream, flour, baking soda, vanilla and bananas; mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
