Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup apple butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
- 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium-size bowl. Set aside.
- Combine eggs, butter, apple butter, and milk in large bowl. Beat well. Stir in pecans and raisins. Add flour mixture. Stir just to moisten. Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on rack. Cool completely before slicing.
